If you typed in your phone number but did not receive the code, you need to do the following.

We will enable a pin-code option for you. This option will let you create a pin-code to use for all withdrawals.
We'll need to verify you as the rightful owner of the account. For this purpose, send us a scan of your ID card (both sides), eithet through email or the chat, and specify the phone number you are using on Studybay.
We'll quickly check your IDs and enable the pin-code for you.
