If your order is accepted in less than 3 days since assignment, you don't get payment immediately. We hold the payment for 3 days to prevent fraudulent operations on the website, and prevent customers from mistakenly accepting such orders.

As soon as 3 days pass, the money will be transferred to your Studybay account, as usual.

You may check your hold page to see all the upcoming payments pending for your account:

  1. Go to your balance page and click on the amount on hold:

2. Look at the list of orders - the date of enrollment will be indicated next to each order on hold:
